Last week a group of Koreans dressed in traditional Korean costumes were sharing information and literature about their culture and country at the Skills on Georgia Tech campus and we were very lucky that they accepted our invitation to join us in the studio to discuss different aspects of the Korean culture and music. One of our guests was Shelly Tyson who is a Korean-American English teacher currently living in South Korea and also a member of the “Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project“, KSCPP. Her enthusiasm about Korean culture grew very strong when she went for a Summer study abroad to Korea. On this edition of Continental Drift, Shelly talked about a wide range of topics such as Korean arts and jewelry, history, ancient inventions, food, traditional and modern famous Korean singers and songs and much more which you can find out more by visiting KSCPP and downloading free books. Also if you live in Metro Atlnta area make sure to attend a monthly brunch to experince the real, amazing, and tasty Korean food (Fill out the invitation form HERE ). You can also download a free Korean cook book from KSCPP.
