World Music on Continental Drift

In this edition of Continental Drift, contemporary folk music of Turkey was featured. Although Turkey has an enormously rich traditional music, we reserve coverage of it for another time. We tried to prepare a playlist with tracks and songs that, while preserving the Turkish roots, are creative and  have variety of external influences.
